Information about the ATX Cable Crossover CCS-800:
The ATX Cable Crossover has height-adjustable swivel castor units that can be easily adjusted to 37 different heights in a fine grid spacing with just one hand. The generous size allows a lot of freedom of movement and optimal tension. The 2 x 90 kg weight stacks with direct power transmission enable even strong athletes to bear heavy weights. The connecting cross beam allows you to add a variety of pull up bars (see related options).

Details about Cable Crossover Machines:
Performing the cable crossover is the most obvious movement on a cable crossover machine, so much so that the cable crossover machine has been named after the chest exercise. Cable crossover being a great chest exercise to work the chest muscles (pectoralis major) and allowed to be performed to full range of motion on a traditional wide unit, such as the CPS-800 from ATX gym equipment. Cable stations, like this, and even the smaller dual-adjustable pulley (DAP) are used for a great deal more gym exercises and muscle groups, such as a varierty of biceps exercises, triceps exercises, and rotator cuff training, to name just a few muscle groups.
