The Gym Revolution further input on the Legacy Leg Extension/ Leg Curl BCO-770:
The video helps explain a lot; in short, our entire team and gym members (totalling over 500) largely favour the Legacy Leg Extension/ Leg Curl over any other piece of leg extension piece of kit. The reason, the strength curve is fantastic and it’s supremely comfortable, no matter the size of the individual, too – from teens to strongmen, they all jump on this first for leg extensions. The leg curl is extremely good, also; however, the standing leg curl of the Legacy Leg Blaster unit is the number go-to for most. The lying leg curl of the BCO-770 is still very popular, but not quite as popular.
Testament to the build-quality of the BCO-770 Leg Extension/ Leg Curl is that we’ve had it in our full-commercial gym fr circa 3-years and haven’t had any issue. We’ll probably want to swap out the rollers soon, but it’s decent – not much to go wrong. Simple in design – it just works as it should.
We, The Gym Revolution Team, highly-recommend the ATX Legacy Leg Extension/ Leg Curl BCO-770.
Quick Q&A on Leg Extensions:
Charged with pulling various members of the team aside for quick impromptu Q&A’s, Jack grabs Matt in this video, which throws up questions and answers relating to quadriceps muscles, knee joint pain, isolation exercise compared to compound exercises, leg extension variations, common mistakes, rectus femoris, leg extension angle, etc. Oh, and it features the BCO-770 Leg Extension Machine.
