Details of the ATX Legacy Leg Sled:
The best way to describe the leg sled is kind of like an upside down leg press (not a hack squat!). The design is compact and less load is needed compared to a 45 degree leg press. For someone looking to add an extra device to their leg training, the ATX Leg Sled is a great piece of kit; however, we are more inclined to recommend the Barbarian Line Leg Master/ Blaster Squat.
