ATX ® Mini Farmers Walk Handle – pair

These Farmers Walk Handles are very compact and, yet, professional in handling and heavy duty. They enable carrying, lifting and walking heavy loads up to 200kg total, a basic discipline in the strongman area. Excellent for training grip strength and use as a functional strongman-style circuit. Completely made of steel, black coated. Weight plate holder diameter is 50mm, making it a perfect fit for olympic weights and collars.

Q. Why is the farmers walk handle protruding?

A. The protruding handle position allows for a slight spread when loaded. This ensures optimal legroom and minimizes the risk of injury.
