Details about Power Bands:
High-quality professional-use power bands from ATX. Power bands can be used for power lifts – squats, deadlifts, bench press – to lesson the resistance during the weaker mid-position of the lift, which is great for overcoming training plateaux’s or for rehabilitation use. Also used for stretching exercises and assistance during such exercises as pull-ups.
One slightly more unusual use is alongside Bandbell Bars, such as the Bambook Bar or Earthquake Bar.
