In combination with a multi-bench and a barbell including weight plates, this space-saving half rack enables the safe execution of many basic exercises (e.g. squats, bench press, shoulder press, barbell rows, etc.). Due to the solid construction, even a brute weight load of up to 500kg is no problem, which means that the ATX ®HALF RACK 750 does not reach its limits even through the training load of the most powerful athletes .
