Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on BELTS, CLOTHING, BODYWEIGHT KIT, and BPU/WPC Approved equipment unless faulty.
Step-by-Step Returns Process

- Await Authorization: Our team will respond within 48 hours (like our shipping response time) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Repack items with the same care we use when shipping Olympic bars – original packaging preferred.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Bradford facility using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
Need different weight plates or bar length? Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating your desired exchange item. We’ll process once we receive the original item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
