5.3 Delivery Issues

If your Olympic-grade equipment arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the damage within 48 hours of delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if items are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • CLOTHING
  • BODYWEIGHT KIT
  • BPU/WPC Approved equipment (unless faulty)

6.3 Return Process

  2. Await our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Repack items securely in original packaging

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless item is faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
